On boot
- Files on the SD are corrupted.
- A system save inside

has a problem. - Files in

Prefetch abort (svcBreak)

is only 288 bytes, but its flag indicates otherwise.- SYSNAND CTRNAND has bad CMACs.
Data abort
- The
