Sometimes when switching to pretendo, it doesn't fully switch your account to pretendo network leaving you in an incorrect state between networks. While in this state nimbus will display as you being in pretendo network, but if you you go to your NNID settings it will display your Nintendo Network account instead of your Pretendo account.

- fix: enable loading external FIRMs and modules or update Luma3DS to 13+
- **003-2101** generic pretendo connection error

- **005-4270** error when attempting to update a game while using pretendo network
- fix: switch to Nintendo Network using nimbus and try again
- **007-2670** error connecting to eshop while using pretendo network
- fix: switch to Nintendo Network using nimbus to access the eshop
- **015-5015** error connecting to juxtaposition(no linked PNID?)
- make sure you have a PNID linked to the console, [servers may be down](https://stats.uptimerobot.com/R7E4wiGjJq/)
- **022-1021** there is no NNID/PNID linked to the system
- potential fix: switch to Nintendo Network using nimbus. If attempting to use a pretendo service, link a PNID
- **022-2452** error when attempting to reset your NNID password while pretendo is in an incorrect state
- potential fix: switch to Nintendo Network with nimbus
- **022-2482** PNID sign in error
- Check to see if the title you are trying to use is [supported by pretendo](https://pretendo.network/progress). if you are not trying to use your PNID then switch back to the Nintendo Network using nimbus
- **022-5432** NNID sign in error while pretendo is in an incorrect state
- potential fix: switch to Nintendo Network and back to pretendo using nimbus
