For vWii do NOT select the Wii U guide on the CTGP-R site. Follow the standard Wii guide. |
What you need
- A working Mario Kart Wii disk.
- A USB drive or SD Card
- CTGP Revolution
- If you are using a USB drive, use this version of the CTGP app instead
Section I - Prep Work
- Power off your device
- Insert your SD card into your computer
- Extract the downloaded
.zip to the root of your SD card
- If you are using a USB drive, delete
ctgpr folder in the apps folder, and replace it with ctgpr_msc
- your SD card should now look like this

Section II - Installation
- Eject the SD card from your computer and put it back into your device
- Power on your device
- Launch CTGP-R from the list of homebrew
- Read the prompts shown on screen
- Wait for CTGP-R to install, this can take a while
- Choose if you want Automatic Updates & Verification for CTWW (Custom Tracks Worldwide) or not (Highly recommended you say "Yes")
- You should now be in the CTGP-R Menu
- If you'd like easier access to CTGP-R in the future, press "Add CTGP-R Channel"
