- The first thing you should try is uninstalling then reinstalling any updates.
- If this does not work, try uninstalling and reinstalling any DLC.
Cartridge
Before anything, try cleaning the contacts of your cartridge with a microfiber cloth and 99% Isopropyl alcohol. It is not recommended use water.
If available, also try using compressed air in the cartridge slot to blow out any debris. This ensures the pins are not covered in any dirt or grime. It is not recommended to blow into the cartridge slot.
- Install the game to your console with the cartinstall guide.
- If the cartinstall worked, launch the game.
- If the game launches, then restore your save using checkpoint.
- If the game crashes after restoring your save, your save is corrupted.
- You can try deleting the save from your cartridge, as it may make your cartridge work again, if the cartridge still does not work, then delete the save from the cartinstalled game.
- If cartinstall did not work, then your cartridge is broken.
