You probably shouldnt be here yet but heres the info we have SOAP transfers (Simple Object Access Protocol): SOAP is used by nintendo for account and token management, SOAP transfers can be used to force nintendo servers to validly change a console's region. So basically hex puts on the best reggie cosplay of all time (OR AT LEAST USED TO) to change your consoles region fully.
