ctr-httpwn is an exploit for the HTTP system module. It was mainly used to prevent the console from seeing and downloading new system updates, before the advent of easily-accessible custom firmware. The vulnerability was fixed in 11.4.0.

The first version released on March 22, 2016.[1]
Nintendo released 11.4.0-37 on April 10, 2017, fixing the vulnerability in the HTTP system module.
