This guide is a basic description of how to properly backup your SD contents. This is useful for when you are planning to format your SD card typically

Section I

1. Insert your SD Card into what you plan to back it up with

2. Open up your file explorer app

3. Create a folder on a seperate part of your device whether it be on your desktop or on a different drive

4. In the root of the sd card contents select all of the files then either right click or hold and copy all of the files

5. With the copied files enter the folder you created for the backed up contents of your SD card and paste into the folder

Congrats, you have officially backed up your files and are now ready to either format your SD card or keep them safe
