Firmware Rewiring (Rebuilding) for 3DS, Wii U, and Wii.
What is a CTR Transfer?
A CTR Transfer is a process that rewrites the entire CTRNAND partition. It is the "nuclear option" for the 3DS and is mostly used to fix bricks that cannot be repaired by other methods.
- **Cleaning:** Removes corrupted system files.
- **Rewiring:** Rebinds the firmware to your hardware keys.
- **Rebuilding:** Restores the system database so apps appear.
