Le processus pour formater une carte SD vers FAT32 est différent pour Windows, Linux et macOS.

ChromeOS ou Android ne sont pas une option et formater une carte SD avec leur logiciel de formatage intégré pourrait rendre la carte inutilisable par les consoles.

Alternatives

Si vous avez une 3DS avec un custom firmware, vous pouvez à la place utiliser GodMode9.
