Manual CTR Transfer is mostly used for fixing bricks. It overwrites the entire CTR NAND with a clean version of it.
MLC Rebuild is mostly used for Region Changing, and fixing corrupted firmware, and red NAND.
Ohneschwanzenegger is mostly used for wiping cIOS/IOS and homebrew that cannot be deleted normally. It downloads the new NAND files from Nintendo's servers (NUS) so after the process your console will be just like when it left the factory.
