A CTR Transfer is a process that rewrites the entire CTRNAND partition. It is the "nuclear option" for the 3DS and is mostly used to fix bricks that cannot be repaired by other methods.
- **Cleaning:** Removes corrupted system files.
- **Rewiring:** Rebinds the firmware to your hardware keys.
- **Rebuilding:** Restores the system database so apps appear.
Manual CTR Transfer (3DS)
mostly used for fixing bricksFirmware Rewiring (Wii U/Wii)
- **Wii U:** Use ISFShax to redirect a broken MLC to the SD card.
- **Wii:** Use BootMii to flash a rebuilt `nand.bin` using your unique `keys.bin`.

Mostly used for region changing, RedNAND, and fixing corrupted system files.

Mostly used for region changing, removing Cios/IOS that cannot be removed normally, and removing Homebrew.
