(godmode9 not needed, people who really use it will know what to do. ntrboot k but ntrboot is pretty much b9s on a cart and i havent actually seen anyone use ntrboot just to launch 3ds_hw_test, luma3ds option confusing since you can have both boot9strap and luma3ds)
