New Super Ultimate Injector (NSUI) is a PC tool used to create Virtual Console injects. It can also be used to extract, edit, and rebuild .cia files.

- A variety of compatible injects: NES, FDS, SNES, Game & Watch, GB, GBC, GBA, SG-1000, Master System, Sega Genesis, 32x, Game Gear, Turbografx-16, Atari 2600, Atari 7800, Atari Lynx, Neo Geo Pocket, Neo Geo Pocket Color, Wonderswan, Wonderswan Color, Megnavox Odyssey, and Playstation
- Extensive customization for injects: NSUI allows you to edit nearly every aspect of the inject. Some examples are icon, banner, title ID, inject method, aspect ratio and more. The customization available varies depending on system and injection method.
- RTC support: RTC (Real-Time-Clock) is required by some GBA games (such as the Gen III Pokémon games).
- An image database: These are autoloaded icon and banner images when creating an inject.
