If you ever need to fix a broken system app, such as a broken browser, here's how you can do so.
What you need:
- JNUSTool
- Java
- WUP Installer GX2 mod or UDPIH
- Find the title ID for the app you want to fix from WiiUBrew (EUR browser would be 000500301001220A)
- Extract JNUSTool to a folder and run
java -jar JNUSTool.jar [titleid] -dlEncrypted - If you get
Invalid title ID, remove the-from the title ID - Once the download finishes, copy
temp_[titleid]toinstallon the root of your sd card. - Open WUP Installer GX2 mod (tiramisu only) from the HBL, or launch UDPIH
- Install the app you need to fix, and you should be good.
