Assuming you've taken the things above into account, just copy and paste everything from the old SD card onto the new SD card and everything will be transferred.

Asumiendo que hayas tenido en cuenta lo anterior, solo tienes que copiar y pegar todo el contenido de la tarjeta SD antigua a la nueva tarjeta SD y todo se transferirá.
