Is your game crashing or experiencing some kind of unintended effect? If so, this page may be able to help you fix your game.

Error Code: d900458?
? is a wildcard and can refer to any character, this error indicates there is some sort of corruption with the game or its save data.

- The first thing you should try is uninstalling then reinstalling any Update data for the game
- If this does not work, try uninstalling and reinstalling any DLCs for the game
Cartridge
| It is not advisable to blow into the cartridge slot or on the cartridge directly with your breath. The moisture in your breath will cause rust to form, damaging the pins. |
Before anything, try cleaning the contacts of your cartridge with a microfiber cloth and 99% Isopropyl alcohol. Do not use water.
If available, also try using compressed air in the cartridge slot to blow out any debris. This ensures the pins are not covered in any dirt or grime.
- Install the game to your SD card with GodMode9
- If the install succeeds, launch the game
- If the game launches, then restore your save using Checkpoint
- If the game crashes after restoring your save, your save is corrupted
- You can try deleting the save from your cartridge, as it may make your cartridge work again
- If you are unable to delete the cartridge save in-game, then use JKSM or FBI to delete it
- If the cartridge still does not work, then delete the save from the SD card version
- If the installed version did not work or the install failed, your cartridge is likely corrupted
- You can try the Cartridge fix section below to repair corruption
- If that worked, you should install the game with GodMode9 as the cartridge may be unstable
Digital
If the game crashes right when you enter it, try importing the seed with FBI:
