BannerBomb3 is an exploit discovered and developed by zoogie.
It was disclosed to the public in the end of 2018 on 3dbrew, and was fixed in system version 11.17.0-50 (May 22nd, 2023) by Nintendo.
While BannerBomb3 itself isn't capable of loading the Homebrew Launcher, it offers a menu called "BB3 multihax" where you can install unSAFE_MODE and menuhax67. In addition, you can dump system DSiWare, which allows the usage of DSiWare exploits like Fredtool without needing to own any DSiWare from the eShop.
