Pokémon X and Pokémon Y are role-playing video games for the Nintendo 3DS. They are part of the sixth generation of the Pokémon video game series.

Mods

Eternal X and Wilting Y - Difficulty/721 hack. Contains Legal, Rebalanced, Insanity, and Online versions. Does NOT support title updates, therefore susceptible to the Lumiose City save glitch.
Neo X and Neo Y - Difficulty/721 hack. Changes encounters with trainers and gym leaders. Has storyline changes.
Mega X & Y - Difficulty hack. Focuses primarily on double battles. Changes wild encounters.

Save editors

PKHeX - PC program. Fully-featured Pokémon save editor, supporting generations 1 through 8.
PKSM - 3DS homebrew. Pokémon save editor that supports editing Pokémon, storing in boxes, injecting Wonder Card events, and more.
